Special notice - AFA grant deadline extension

Due to unexpected technical difficulties, the AFA’s website was temporarily unavailable on April 30. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, we extended the deadlines for two of our grant programs:

• Artists and Education Project Funding
• Community Focused Arts Organizations operating

The updated deadline for these programs is Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 11:59 pm MST.

GATE Front Office was unaffected and users can continue to access it to apply for AFA grants at: https://gate.alberta.ca/gate/frontOffice.xhtml.
