Gloria is so disappointed, so please don’t show up. She may be there singing up a storm and still trying to bring the Christmas cheer. But again, I must emphasize, there is no show. So do not go. Also! I’m not sure if you heard about Sally and Bud!”

When Salem Lutheran Church’s 1997 Christmas Pageant is cancelled, it is up to Gloria to step up to the plate and serve a genuine home-cooked experience–including some good ol’ hymns and church stories (with a splash of sass).
