Creative Flow - Yoga in the Park

Elephant Artist Relief Society (EAR) invites you to Creative Flow, a free outdoor community yoga series happening every weekend this September at Sien Lok Park.

Each session blends gentle movement, breath, and creativity in a beautiful riverside setting. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already have an established practice, this is a space to recharge outdoors, connect with community, and celebrate wellness through art and movement.

Instructor Highlights

September 6 & 7 – Corrine 
With 16 years of practice and 9 years of teaching, Corrine guides participants through gentle yoga, breath, and accessible art prompts to help connect body, mind, and spirit. She views the yoga mat as a starting place for self-awareness, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing.

September 13, 14, 20, 27 & 28 – Monika Pelz
Founder of Harmonik Flow Yoga, Monika is a certified vinyasa + restorative yoga and reiki teacher. Since moving to Calgary in 2016, she has created sacred, welcoming spaces through outdoor yoga, wellness retreats, and women’s circles. Learn more about her at harmonikflow.com/aboutme.
