High Performance Rodeo x Alberta Printmakers 2026 Poster Show

Next January marks [40 years of wild creativity] at the High Performance Rodeo, Calgary's international festival of the arts and we're getting ready to celebrate.

To honour this milestone, the team at One Yellow Rabbit, presenters of the Rodeo, is partnering with Alberta Printmakers to create an epic poster show!

Image removed. Together we are inviting 8-10 local artists to apply and showcase screen-printed posters inspired by the festival's rich history.

Selected artists will receive:
•  Access to Alberta Printmakers' studio (3 months access)
• In-person technical support and guidance
• Their poster on display at the High Performance Rodeo for the full run of the festival
• One complete portfolio set of all posters included in the project.

Artists with any level of experience with screen printing (including both formal and community-based training), are encouraged to apply.
