Open Call for "In the Meantime"

The Alberta Society of Artists invites all artists in Alberta (must be 18 years of age or older) to submit to the exhibition, “In the Meantime”. “This theme invites artists to explore the spaces in between—between moments, between decisions, between versions of ourselves. It is a meditation on pause, transition, and stillness—on the subtle rhythms that shape our lives when nothing dramatic seems to be happening. We are interested in work that engages with the liminal, the preparatory, or the unresolved.

Indigenous Films Call for Submissions

The Edmonton Short Film Festival is currently seeking submissions for a special film screening and author Truth & Reconciliation event on Tuesday, September 30 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Audreys Books!

There is a one time submission fee of $10 and we will consider your film for community screenings for the next 5 years from your submission date. We will also pay you a screening fee every time we choose to show your film!

ASA Open Call for Artists

The Alberta Society of Artists (ASA) invites all artists, Members and Non-Members (18 years and over), residing in Alberta to submit work of any visual medium to our in-house and partner gallery space for the 2026 season! Artists may apply as a solo artist or a small group show but all submissions are encouraged to have a strong theme or concept expressed through the body of work both at the submission stage and in the final Exhibition.
