This 5-course dinner on October 8 will feature dishes by celebrated chefs Garrett Martin (Major Tom), Christie Peters (Primal, Saskatoon), Kaede Hirooka (Respect The Technique) and Jinhee Lee (JINBAR).
Limited to just 40 seats, the dinner will also showcase a unique mix of Prairie-made spirits, cider and beer through drink offerings created by High Line Brewing bar manager Kaitlyn Alonday.
Guests can begin to arrive at 6:30 p.m. and will be greeted with a welcome cocktail, canapes and live music by singer Brettyn Rose until the sit-down dinner begins promptly at 7:30 p.m.
