“From the Land: Indigenous Ecological Art for a New Era” will focus on the historical and changing relationships between Indigenous people and these lands on which we reside. Based on the teaching that Mother Earth is the greatest artist and teacher, this exhibition will feature both 2D and 3D artwork. An emphasis will be placed on works created using natural materials or thematically linked to ecological interrelationships, landscape reclamation and remediation, environmental dynamics, coexistence and healing.
