Call for Nominations - Edmonton Arts Prizes

The Eldon + Anne Foote Edmonton Visual Arts Prize recognizes artists, based on a single visual artwork shown in a gallery/organization located in the Greater Edmonton area in the relevant 12 months (calendar year) prior to the deadline. In this context an eligible visual artwork can be any object or installation curated by the gallery or organization for public display, regardless of size, style, medium or materials. The prize recognizes artists that regularly reside in Edmonton and its immediate surrounding counties and Indigenous communities, commonly called the "Greater Edmonton Region". The prize program is coordinated by the Edmonton Arts Council, with support from Edmonton Community Foundation.  The primary prize recipient will be awarded $15,000, and two secondary prizes of $5,000 will be awarded to the runners up.
