Calling all local artists and musicians! Join us for an outdoor celebration of creativity as part of Vegreville’s Art Walk. This is a chance to showcase your talent, connect with the community, and help fill the day with colour and music.

Terms of Participation

By participating in the Vegreville Art Walk 2025, you agree to the following:

  1. Location & Set-Up
    • The Town of Vegreville may adjust your assigned space as needed.
    • You are responsible for setting up and taking down your display or performance area. Please stay within the space assigned to you.
  2. Property & Liability
    • You are fully responsible for your own artwork, equipment, and personal items. The Town of Vegreville is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
    • If you leave your display unattended, you do so at your own risk.
  3. Conduct & Compliance
    • Please follow all local Fire, Health, and Safety regulations. This includes keeping the area clean and smoke-free.
    • All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and community-friendly atmosphere. (see the Vegreville Code of Conduct)
  4. Weather Policy
    • This is a rain-or-shine event. Participants are expected to attend and adapt reasonably to weather conditions. Please come prepared!
  5. Event Rules & Expectations
    • All participants are expected to follow the guidelines provided in the Art Walk 2025 information package that you will receive if your registration is confirmed with the Recreation Programmer.
    • Failure to comply with the Terms of Participation may result in removal from the event without further obligation from the Town.
