Canadian artist Brandi Hofer presents Bloom, Everything is Temporary, a new exhibition
exploring themes of impermanence, transformation, and emotional memory through
layered mixed-media portraiture.
Known for her vibrant storytelling and symbolic visual language, Hofer combines
portraiture with organic forms such as moths, butterflies, and florals, created using
recycled and repurposed materials. The works reflect the fleeting nature of beauty and
the emotional imprint of time.
With over 20 years of studio practice, Hofer has exhibited across North America and Europe and has been featured by HGTV, Saatchi Art London, and Create Magazine. Her work has also been collected and commissioned by brands including Walmart Canada, GM, Jillian Harris, Earls Restaurant, and the Remai Modern.
Bloom, Everything is Temporary invites audiences to slow down and reflect on the constant state of becoming that defines both nature and human experience.
On Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Wild Skies Art Gallery, meet Brandi Hofer and take in captivating artwork! All are welcome.
The exhibition itself runs from May 4 to July 24, 2026 at Wild Skies Gallery on the second floor of the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel.
