The Royal Alberta Museum (RAM) has a dedicated team of over 150 volunteers whose generous contributions support the museum's work. Each volunteer brings their own set of skills, qualities, life experiences and talents; in return, the museum provides a supportive environment where you can explore the collections, learn new things, share passions and make great friends.
Behind-the-scenes volunteer assignments at the museum support both the administrative and curatorial teams; these shifts take place Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Therer are many volunteer opportunities that support the operational, learning and programming teams seven days per week.
