Ash will share insight about originally curating Montageries in 2022 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the AFA Art Collection
and now the debut exhibition of the TREX: Art on the Move exhibition series at AFA art house.
Both the reception and the artist talk is free to attend.
About the exhibition
Montageries invites you to look beyond the frame. Each piece—from the intricate silkscreens of Katie Ohe to the pixelated compositions of Chris Cran—acts as a flash of memory, offering a glimpse into Alberta’s evolving cultural identity.
art house After Hours
art house After Hours events will feature extended gallery hours, keeping the gallery open until 7 pm.
These events will feature opportunities for patrons to dive deeper in the AFA Art Collection, Alberta artists, and the AFA art house.
